At the studio, there’s access to props like the ones you see in the photos below. I have cute wooden baby beds, buckets, baskets, and chairs that are the perfect fit for one-year-old baby photos to sit in safely.

I also have a small supply of baby outfits for baby girls and boys. The white romper with the pink flowers and bow in the photos below is just one of many baby outfits I offer. It fit her perfectly and went so well with the pink baby girl tulle dress and flower crown mom brought for her baby girl’s first birthday photos.

It was so much fun seeing this little girl again since I haven’t seen her since we took her newborn photos a year ago. When I first saw her sweet little face when they arrived at the studio, I couldn’t believe how much she still looked like her newborn photos. Some babies change so much while others only change slightly.

She was such a happy little girl and made the session so much fun! It also went quickly because she was in such a good mood. I think we were done in about 30 minutes. Exactly what moms want. I know you don’t want to be there forever waiting and hoping for one good photo. This session resulted in 54 images!

I usually plan my sessions out in advance so I know exactly what setups I want to do, so everything flows smoothly. My goal is to make my baby photography sessions fun, but efficient. Babies don’t have the longest attention spans, and believe it or not, being photographed can be a bit exhausting. I knew when this baby girl started yawning about 3/4 of the way through the session, we needed to wrap it up.

I’m always taking my cues from your baby whether we’re taking newborn photos or baby milestone photos. My priority is their happiness and safety!
