Welcome to Alicea Rose Photography! By accessing or using this website or booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
A session fee is due at booking to reserve your spot.
Session payment balance is due on the day of your session.
Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with 48-hour notice.

2. Copyright & Image Use
All photos are copyrighted by Alicea Rose Photography.
Clients receive personal-use rights to purchased images. You may print and share them for personal use (e.g., social media, holiday cards).
Please don’t edit or apply filters to images—let’s keep the magic as intended!
Commercial use, resale, or publication of images requires written permission.

3. Image Delivery
Proof galleries are delivered within 10-14 after your session.
Final edited images are delivered once payments are complete.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens—we get it! Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the session fee.

5. Liability
We take every precaution to ensure a safe and happy photo experience. However, we are not liable for:
Personal injury during your session
Loss or damage to personal items
Weather, traffic, or acts of nature that affect scheduling or location access

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
