It was so much fun meeting this family! I was so happy to be chosen as their Woodbury Lifestyle Newborn Photographer. They are such a sweet couple and had the sweetest little girl and dog, too! They brought home another beautiful baby girl to make their growing family a family of four.
They recently moved to Minnesota and had just settled into their new home while welcoming their new baby girl. I’m always honored when Minnesota transplants choose me as their photographer. I feel I give off a friendly and inviting vibe. And I love meeting new people and hearing their stories!
I’ve been doing a lot of in-home lifestyle newborn photography sessions lately! This one and one other client had booked me for the studio session but changed it to an in-home session at the last minute. I’m more than happy to accommodate!
It’s funny how when you’re pregnant, you think you have this idea of how everything will go after the baby is born. But sometimes there are curveballs like unexpected c-sections or anemia, that often come with delivering babies.
So, when this happens, you might just want to stay at home and snuggle with your baby and family and take pictures at home instead.
Another reason lifestyle newborn photography is important is it documents the house you bring your baby home to. This may or may not change, but more times than not, it does. You’ll find your growing family outgrowing your starter home or you’ll move for your job. Wouldn’t it be nice to have the photos to remember your first home by?
I’d love to be the photographer who captures these moments for you and your family. I’m currently booked through the end of November and have one weekend in December with availability. It’s best to reach out and book early to get a spot on the calendar!
