I love being a Twin Cities One Year Baby and Family Photographer! I’ve been doing this since 2011, over 12 years, and I still love it so, so much. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else at this point in my life.

I especially love getting to know my Twin Cities parents and working with them as they grow their little families. This family has been a client of mine for several years since their oldest was a newborn. With both boys, they opted for First Year Baby Plan packages to document their growth with newborn photos, 6-month photos, and one-year photos.

It’s always so much fun seeing which images Mom and Dad choose for the First Year Heirloom Album after the one-year photo session. I love gifting this to my clients, as albums mean so much to me. I always imagine the parents sitting with their little ones 5 or 10 years from now and going through the album together.

Albums are the best way to protect and preserve your memories for years to come. Not only is the album itself protected in a storage box, but the pages are protected from UV rays and fingerprint oils. As they mostly stay closed, the images should never fade.

Think how awesome it will be to display these albums at your child’s high school graduation party. Ok, that’s thinking way too far ahead, even for me, and my son is about to turn 14. Let’s not go there.
