I love being a Twin Cities MN one-year baby photographer. I meet so many wonderful families from all over Minnesota. Most of my clients come to me as maternity or newborn clients, but on occasion, I get a handful of clients that find me after the newborn phase and are looking for milestone photos of their babies.

This family found me (and I’m so, so glad they did) after their original photographer suddenly became unavailable to take their son’s one-year photos. It happens, I get it, especially in these weird covid times.

After chatting on the phone, Mom explained she was feeling a bit under pressure as she had planned this photoshoot several weeks (months?) in advance with the other photographer. Her son’s birthday party was just a few weeks away and she had wanted photos for the party.

As luck would have it, I happened to have an immediate opening that worked with her schedule. Clearly, this was fate (not to mention her son and my son both share the same name). Was it fate or kismet? 🙂

We had a great session together and Mom loved her photos!
