I don’t think this newborn session could have gone any better.  This little guy slept through pretty much the whole thing.  A big thanks to mom for following my pre-session tips to ensure a very sleepy and content baby!

The warm and muggy day probably helped a little bit, too.  We ended up with quite the thunderstorm the afternoon we took these photos, much like the storms that are rolling through Minnesota this morning.  I lost a good deal of light while taking these newborn photos, but thankfully I’ve invested wisely in good equipment that can handle such situations (patting myself on the back…)

Mom and Dad had such great ideas for this session, too.  The baseball, the books and some of the poses during their family photos were all thanks to them…and Pinterest.  Who doesn’t love Pinterest? 🙂

I’m super excited to have yet another baby on my Baby Plan!  I get to see this handsome little guy every 3 months. 🙂
