It really feels like Spring is just around the corner. I can’t even tell you how excited I was when Punxsutawney Phil didn’t see his shadow on Groundhog’s Day. Yep, I’m a bit of a believer when it comes to that old groundhog and so far he hasn’t disappointed with what feels like will be an early Spring. I even got around to finally getting the Christmas lights down from the outside of my house yesterday. I know. Even my husband was surprised, delightfully so. 🙂
With all this melting snow and warmer temps and even a little bit of rain today, it makes me long for outdoor sessions again! I just scheduled my first one for April and I’m going to keep my fingers crossed that we’ll be outside in the sunshine and warm Spring air for that one. I’ll be heading to Las Vegas in early April, so if it’s not warmed up here in MN by then I’ll try to bring those warmer temps back with me.
Until then, here is a share from a session I had last Fall with this cute little redhead for her One Year Photos. I first met her for her 6-month photos at the studio last Spring, so I was so happy to see them again for her One Year photos that we took near the Maple Grove Arboretum. Enjoy!
