Anyone else still upset the Vikings didn’t make it to the Superbowl? This is the first year my husband and I are just not excited to watch it, which is sad because it’s being held in our hometown in Minneapolis.

I really didn’t get my hopes up for this team in the beginning. They just felt very young and with all the quarterback injuries and changes, I just didn’t think they’d go very far. When they did, I started getting that “oh my god, we’re going to the Superbowl” feeling in the pit of my stomach. It didn’t really, really sink in until the catch by Diggs, known as the Minneapolis Miracle, against the Saints that there was a chance.

Then it happened. The loss to the Eagles. And what an ugly loss it was. Not only was the game ugly, but the way the Eagles fans treated the Vikings fans was purely disgusting. Subhuman behavior and the city of Philly should be ashamed. I’m just hoping that the City of Minneapolis will rise above and show those Eagles fans how people should be treated, regardless of what team you root for.

Here’s a little something to lift your spirits! I wrapped up this baby girl’s first year baby plan in December. She was so adorable. She came into the studio very shy and uncertain, but I’m pretty sure we left on good terms. She was all smiles towards the end of the session. Always good to end the session on a good note!
