Minneapolis Baby Photographer

Here is a share from this little girl’s 6-month photos in the studio.  She is another one of my babies on my First Year Baby Plan and it is always so much fun to see her and her family!  I get to meet so many great families in the Minneapolis area that I get to see on a regular basis.  I know I have said this so many times before, but I really do have the best clients ever.

As I was sitting in my son’s pre-school graduation ceremony yesterday, I listened to his teacher talk about how lucky she is to have the students that come into her life.  She was calling their families the “cream of the crop” and I couldn’t help but feel the same about the families that I get to photograph for.

She presented us with this awesome slideshow of all the photos taken over the year in her class and she’ll be making copies for all of the parents to keep.  It will truly be treasured forever.  Something I can see my son watching over and over again, just like we do with photos and videos of him taken over the past 5 years.

At the end of my First Year Baby Plan, my clients get to choose which photos taken over the course of the first year to put into their keepsake album.  I can just imagine these babies looking through this album as they get older, much like my son looks at his own baby pictures.  There was an article recently published about how having photos of your family up around the house can actually attribute to a child’s higher self-esteem and I believe it.  Every time I see my son’s reaction to his baby photos, I can see himself light up because he can actually SEE that he is so loved.

Pictures mean so much.  Don’t ever underestimate the effect of having this time in your child’s life photographed.
