Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas spending oodles of time with their loved ones and getting everything you wanted from your wish list!  I got mostly everything I wanted and whatever I didn’t get got ordered from Amazon today and will arrive to me next week.  Merry Christmas to me! 🙂

Unfortunately, though, I have 2 sick boys on my hands.  Both my son and my husband came down with nasty colds right before Christmas which meant going out less and stay home more.  This year we were lucky enough to just barely get through Christmas Eve dinner and presents with my in-laws before my son crawled in my lap and said “I just wanna go home”.  Luckily I had called his clinic that morning and his doctor called in a prescription for antibiotics.  You can’t be too careful with Cystic Fibrosis.  He had a dose with dinner, but then started running a fever, so once we got home he got a dose of Tylenol, too and off to bed he went.

Christmas day was much of the same.  Lots of runny noses and coughing, so the boys stayed home while I headed to my uncle’s to spend time with my family.

Both boys seem to be doing slightly better today so I’m hoping with a couple more days of rest everyone will be feeling better before New Years…not that we have big plans or anything.

Here is a share from one of my favorite families and longest clients I’ve had.  Their oldest son was on my First Year Baby Plan and we’ve just finished this 9-month session for his younger brother.  I absolutely can’t say enough awesome things about this family and just love when I get to see them for their sessions.
