I had such a wonderful time meeting this couple and their newborn baby for their lifestyle newborn photos. Not only were they a super sweet couple, but as we were chatting and getting to know each other discovered that my dad and her dad knew each other. Many, many years ago my dad did some remodeling work for her dad on their home in Plymouth. The family has since moved from that house, but it was so fun telling our stories that we remembered from that time. I remembered my dad adored the family and had the utmost respect for their dad. It was really an honor to capture photos of the first grandson of the man my dad had a lot of respect and admiration for.

Just goes to show what a small world it really is!
