Ufta! I’ve got quite a few blog posts to get posted before the end of the year. Yes, I’m determined to get it done and I will be a busy lady over the next few weeks. I just made my list (I’m a crazy list maker) and I’ve got 14 sessions to blog from this past October and November. (I think I can, I think I can, I think I can…)
And not to add any additional pressure…but I still have 2 more sessions to go this month. 🙂
And before I forget…I will be starting up a monthly newsletter in January. For a limited time, I will be offering 50% off my session fees for signing up. Just click on the “newsletter” tab and fill out your e-mail address and name. Once you sign up you’ll receive a link to a coupon for 50% off the session fee (this includes Baby Plans, too). Such a great deal!!!
Moving on…
This session is very dear to me. It’s not too often that I get to work with couples for engagement photos (and wedding photos), and even more rare when it’s family. I’m pretty excited about sharing this one.
My cousin (actually my cousin’s daughter) got engaged this past year and I was honored when she contacted me about shooting her wedding, which will take place next Fall. Of course, I said yes and a meeting to discuss her wedding plans and plan her engagement photos to her wonderful fiance took place shortly after.
We settled on a Sunday evening in October for their session. I was so unsure about what kind of weather we would have since it was such a crazy mix that month of cold and blustery days and warm and sunny ones. We lucked out with one of the most perfect evenings you could possibly dream of. The gorgeous weather brought quite a few crowds (and a few other photographers) in some of the more popular photography spots. However, we managed to work around them and get some beautiful shots of these two little love birds (awwwwwww).
These two are painstakingly gorgeous and fun, which made my job incredibly easy. This session simply could not have gone any better. I’m keeping my fingers crossed their wedding day is just as perfect.
Congrats again!!
