If you’re lucky enough to live on a few acres of land that include a west facing pond with a small dock, then you’re lucky enough to have beautiful sunset maternity photos at home.

I love everything about this session; the dog, the beautiful maternity gown, the gorgeous light (there was an orange and hazy glow due to the fires in Canada drifting down into Minnesota), the wonderful couple and their beautiful property that made for the perfect backdrop. The only thing I didn’t love was walking away with a few mosquito bites, but it was so worth it.

I’m so excited to work with them again at their newborn session and baby milestone sessions over the next year. They are such a fun and lovely couple. I couldn’t have enjoyed working with more!
