I had the honor of being first in line in celebrating this little man’s 5th birthday.  A day that started with his family photos with his mom, dad, little sister and grandparents that was followed by a family breakfast out and the Minnesota Twins game in the afternoon.

Can you tell by all the Minnesota Twins gear that they may be fans?

Right from the start Evan was full of energy and super duper happy!  I’m quite sure he never stopped smiling and laughing during this entire session.  Well, I mean it was his birthday after all, so who wouldn’t be?

This was quite possibly the best way I could have ever imaged to kick off my first session at the new studio.

After sending the gallery link out to mom, she couldn’t have been more pleased with the photos.  I think her response says it all:

“It was so nice to meet you; thanks for the wonderful job you did on the photos. I was giddy with the sneak peek I saw on Facebook, but now seeing the gallery is something else entirely. Love, love, love the photos. I absolutely love the photo of my dad and Evan. Perfect. And, so many others are just fantastic. Endless thanks to you!

 For now, just wanted to say it was nice to meet you, we loved your studio and are so grateful for your talent/wonderful photos.

 As a sidenote, after our photo session — which went so smoothly and quickly! — we ended up going to eat breakfast at Perkin’s in Golden Valley, then went to the Twins game. Evan got his picture with TC Bear and both kids got Twins batting practice baseballs, so it was a big, big day. :)”

It just doesn’t get any better. 🙂
