I thought I would get a quick post up from this beautiful little baby’s 3-month photos since I just scheduled her 6-month photos for later this month.  Still playing a little catch up on the blog, but 3 months behind isn’t so bad.

We decided to do these photos as an in-home session since 3-months is one of those ages where going to the studio isn’t necessary and being outside in the middle of January is a no go.  For 3-month photos I incorporate mom and dad into a lot of the photos since at 3 months most babies are only doing 2 basic things, as far as milestones go; lifting their head up at tummy time and smiling.  It can be tricky getting a lot of variety at this age, so I like to take the opportunity to get some family photos where mom and dad can connect with their baby.  Especially since you don’t really get that from a newborn session.  Clearly you can see from their family photos that this family truly connects with their baby girl.  So smiley!

I’m looking forward to seeing them again in a few weeks for her 6-month session since she’s on my First Year Baby Plan! 🙂
